Zinc Stearate TM Vegetable
This zinc stearate (C36 H70 O4 Zn) is a vegetable additive.
It is a white hydrophobic solid, which repels water. It is insoluble in polar solvents such as alcohol or ether but dissolves well in aromatic solvents when hot.
It is a powerful release agent.
