BE 60 Additive

The main effects of BE60 are as follows:

• Increases burn rate by up to 20% to optimize combustion.

• Optimizes oil retention by maintaining a homogeneous crystalline structure in the wax, reducing oil and fragrance exudation, and promoting more even hot and cold scent throw.

• Also improves the candle’s appearance (surface) and is effective at a low dosage (0.2% to 0.5% of wax weight), being compatible with all types of wax.

Usage:

• Add in liquid state: mix thoroughly into the melted wax, just like fragrances and pigments.

• Candle types: suitable for both container and molded candles.

• Combine with other additives: to extend burn time, you may also combine BE60 with vegetable stearic acid (≈10%) or beeswax (≈5%), depending on the recipe.

• Preliminary tests are important to verify compatibility with certain fragrances or dyes, although it is recommended for paraffin, stearic, and vegetable waxes.
